This Wiki site offers the theory of the Matrix Management 2.0™ operating system, courtesy of Matrix Management Institute (MMI). Here you’ll find the premises, principles and rules of how the system works.  

Although leaders know that cross-functional operations, collaboration and partnership are important in executing business processes and projects, current management theory relies heavily on functional alignments and authority-based relationships in running a business. This site suggests a more effective alternative, one that doesn’t require the disruption of restructuring.
